Detailed Description

The sphere, query result and sphere sources of SphereCloudBVH.

A sphere is identified by its cloud index: the index its source is called with, or its position in the array the BVH was built from. Per-sphere user data lives in the caller's own array, indexed by it.

Variable Documentation

◆ InvalidIndex

constexpr uint32_t EBGeometry::SphereCloud::InvalidIndex = Math::Limits<uint32_t>::max()
inlineconstexpr

The cloud index of "no sphere": a miss.

A cloud holds fewer spheres than this (the builds check it), so it never names a real sphere.
